ReplyDeleteUGC is biased, get a OBC or SC/ ST certficate n then see, even if u will not clear d cut off u will be announced pass...I cleard cut off wit 70% (in all 3 sections) but people with lesser marks cleared, i am general category na so not passed.I challenge UGC to show their criteria and also d past yrs record of ratio of General : SC/ST, OBC candidates being passed..I dont why dis biasness wen NET is being taken as a certification for teaching.Bloody hell those who cleared can not even spell properly n according to UGC they r viable to teach..Bravo..!!!

Deleteno they have published the qualifying marks.cutt of is different when ugc will upload the marks list and when u will see ur marks then cutt off is also mentioned there plz see dec net.in that qualifying criteria was same but the cutt off for net was 90 and for jrf it was 100.

ReplyDeleteYou have passed in Individual papers the problem is with your aggregate marks.I have scored 61% in aggregate and cleared the Lecture Ship for the second consecutive time but both the times failed in JRF qualification and waiting for the individual mark to be published to know the cutoff for JRF.Better luck Next Time

Paper 1: 68
Paper 2: 64
Paper 3: 92
Total of paper 1 and 2= 132
Total of paper 1 and 2 and 3= 224/350= 64%
However as per the final result released online i have not cleared neither NET or JRF as my roll number is not there anywhere. I am very confused. Does that mean the criteria this year has been set very high ? Is there anyway that i can know the criteria used this year ?

Or anybody knows any other ways to reach UGC, please share. Can we send a mail to UGC directly? DeleteIt is mentioned on the UGC website that "the final qualifying criteria for Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) and eligibility for Lectureship shall be decided by UGC BEFORE DECLARATION OF RESULT." but as we all can see that UGC has declared the "Aggregate %age" criteria AFTER DECLARATION OF RESULT. This is completely wrong. They should have informed about this criteria at the time of declaration of the exam in April,2012 itself. All the affected candidates should stand aganist this injustice. - Neha

However as per the final result released online i have not cleared neither NET due to the shortage of 1.5 marks !!!!!!!!!!!!!!. I am very confused. what should I do now?

ReplyDeleteeverybody should go to court for justice becouse the criteria of cut of wrong .either it should be decide before declaration of result or it should be same in 2011. becouse it is only eligibility text not direct selection in the college. please come together for court and file case those who had clear cut of 40%,40%,50% they all should be considerd. becouse job is more private & govt. but candidates not enoph. so all they can considered.
